Full-service carrier Vistara has started new direct, 5x weekly flights between Mumbai and Mauritius, marking its entry into Africa. Mauritius is the 15th international destination, and the first in Africa, that Vistara has added to its growing network.
The airline has deployed its recently inducted A321LR aircraft with a three-class configuration, as it becomes the only carrier to offer flyers the choice of Premium Economy cabin in addition to Business and Economy Class, on this route.

The long-standing relations and strong trade ties between the two countries, in addition to the growing tourism potential of the destination, make it a perfect fit in our network. Vistara will accept all eligible travellers meeting visa and entry requirements in both countries, as specified by the respective government bodies.Mauritius is the 12th international destination that Vistara has connected with Mumbai (including Colombo and Dammam, where the airline commenced flights from March 1, 2023).
Damman is Vistara’ s second destination in Saudi Arabia, complementing its 7x weekly connectivity between Mumbai and Jeddah.
