New Delhi: Landmark Group, a retail conglomerate, has appointed Karan Mehta as CEO of its value fashion brand Easybuy, the company announced in a press release.
Mehta is an industry veteran, and former COO of Pantaloons. With extensive experience in retail operations, buying, and business development in his previous roles at Aditya Birla and Rivoli Group in Dubai, he brings a multifaceted skill set and a wealth of knowledge to his new role.
On his appointment, Mehta shared that his goal is to build Easybuy into a leading brand under the Landmark Group umbrella, with a vision to reach every district headquarters in India.

With this move, the retail conglomerate aims to accelerate the growth and expansion while solidifying the brand’s position in the super value fashion segment.
Easybuy caters to the fashion needs of young Indians at affordable prices and has 130 stores with a strong presence in South India. The brand has also crossed a turnover of Rs 500 crore.
The brand also shared that it follows innovative sourcing strategy and a lean store model, positioning itself well to expand across other regions in India, predominantly in the tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
