New Delhi: Footwear retail brand Khadim India, on Tuesday, has reported a rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 4.29 crore in the fourth quarter (Q4) ended March 31, 2023 as against the profit of Rs 2.65 crore in the same period of previous fiscal, according to a BSE filing.
The company’s total income also grew year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 165.74 crore in Q4 FY23 as compared to Rs 159.27 crore in the corresponding period of previous fiscal, as per the regulatory filing.
Commenting on the company’s results, Indrajit Chaudhuri, CFO, Khadim India said, “The company has focused on expanding the reach, digital penetration, portfolio augmentation and customer focussed integrated communication approach.”
“The cumulative approach has resulted in significant increase of sales across retail with contribution from ecommerce vertical. With the focus on product improvisation, expansion through all channels and enhancement of customer service through omni-channel approach, Khadim is well poised for the years to come,” Chaudhuri added.
The home grown footwear retailer said its continuous focus on creating affordable premium product portfolio to meet the consumer demand has boosted the growth momentum during the period across its business units.
Khadim India’s asset light model expansion strategy has helped it to continue strengthening its retail presence in the target markets and tier II & III locations.
